L-band Oscillator for Cellular Base-station Applications

Good 2nd Harmonic Suppression Ultra-Low Phase Noise RoHS Compliant

Z-Communications, Inc. introduces its lead-free, RoHS compliant oscillator in L-band (1680 to 1755 MHz). The CLV1717A features a phase noise performance of 㫻 dBc/Hz @10 kHz offset. The unique design covers the bandwidth between 2 to 4.4 V only and offers typical tuning sensitivity of 58 MHz/V. This VCO is designed to operate at 5 V DC supply while drawing only 13 mA (typical) over the extended operating temperature range of 㫀° to 85°C. The CLV1717A-LF is well suited for applications that require low power consumption and low phase noise performance. The device comes in Z-Communications’ industry standard MINI package measuring 0.50 inches× 0.50 inches× 0.16 in.
