Z-Communications, Inc. announces its Models CRO2555A-LF, CRO2615A-LF and CRO2650A-LF lead free, RoHS compliant, coaxial resonator oscillators in S band (covering the frequency range from 2520 to 2680 MHz) that offer low phase noise performance of –107 dBc/Hz, -111 dBc/Hz and -113 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, respectively. They offer a linear tuning sensitivity of 30, 31 and 19 MHz/V (typ.), respectively. Each one of the VCOs covers the band between 0.5 to 4.5 V. They deliver 7, 4 and 11 dBm output power (typ.), respectively, at 5 VDC supply while drawing around 18 to 25 mA (typ.) over the extended operating temperature range of -40° to 85°C. These VCOs are suitable for applications that require linear tuning and low phase noise performance.
