Z-Communications, Inc. introduces an ultra small Smart Synthesizer series, which eliminate external programming. SFS1250A-LF is a new class of synthesizer for high quality, fixed frequency stable signal source. The smart design takes care of locking every single time the circuit is switched on or even every time it loses lock due to external factors. The design includes features like lock detect. SFS1250A-LF is designed to provide stable signal source at 1249.92 MHz, with ultra low phase noise of 𤩔 dBc/Hz (typ) at 10 kHz offset. The device measures 0.60 3 0.60 and is appropriate for automated surface-mount assembly and reflow.
