Sub-miniature VCO

Z-Communications, Inc. announces their sub-miniature VCO (SMV) with low phase noise performance for wireless LAN applications. The SMV2500L-LF, in frequency range of 2400 to 2484 MHz, is designed to meet the high-data-rate requirements of point-to-multipoint and terrestrial radios stable. This module offers phase noise performance of – 86 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz away from the carrier. SMV2500L-LF is a wide-band model that provides good tuning linearity and harmonic suppression of – 20 dBc.
