C-band VCO

Z-Communications announces their C-band (2865 to 3165 MHz) voltage-controlled oscillator. The V810ME05-LF offers a low phase noise performance of – 91 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset away from carrier. This model combines linear tuning with good harmonic suppression. It provides a typical tuning sensitivity of 75 MHz/V and harmonic suppression better than – 25 dBc while delivering an O/P power of 4 dBm ± 2 dB. The tuning bandwidth of 300 MHz requires 0.5 to 5.5 V. The V810ME05-LF functions at 5 VDC supply drawing 20 mA (typical) current.
