Z-Communications announces the V582ME18, geared for low noise mobile communication applications. This miniature VCO generates frequencies between 1020 and 1100 MHz within a control voltage range of 1 to 4 VDC making it suitable for integration into PLLs where the error voltage can be taken directly from the IC’s charge pump circuitry. In addition, the V582ME18 exhibits a clean spectral signal of – 110 dBc/Hz, typically, at 10 kHz offset and comes available in package measuring only 0.5 inches× 0.5 inches× 0.13 inches.
