Monolithic Microwave Circuit Transmitters

Mimix Broadband, introduces a family of Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) transmitters in RoHS-compliant, surface mount technology (SMT) packages, covering 10 to 45 GHz. These parts feature high linearity, gain control and broadband performance provided in low cost, standard QFN packages. They are manufactured in state-of-the-art 0.15 um GaAs pHEMT technology, integrate LO doublers, LO buffer amplifiers, balanced mixers and RF driver amplifiers and are ideal for wireless communications applications such as millimeter-wave point-to-point radio, local multipoint distribution services (LMDS), SATCOM and VSAT applications. These highly integrated, multi-function devices provide a distinct advantage by reducing design effort, reducing cost, improving reliability and yield, and getting product to market faster.
