Active Doubler

Mimix Broadband, Inc. introduces a 7.5 to 22.5/15.0 to 45.0 GHz active doubler offered in a 3 × 3 mm QFN surface mount plastic package that is RoHS compliant. This packaged device combines an active doubler with an output buffer amplifier that delivers constant power over a range of input powers. Using the company’s 0.15 µm gallium arsenide (GaAs) pHEMT device model technology, the device delivers +15 dBm output power from 15 to 45 GHz and has desirable rejection of the fundamental and harmonic products.
