HCMOS Oscillators Operate Over Wide Frequency Range

Fox Electronics’ F210 Series 1.8-V HCMOS oscillators demonstrate input currents from 2.5 to 5 mA across a frequency range from 0.75 to 50 MHz. The 2.5 × 2-mm devices offer current consumption of 10 mA and stabilities from ±25 ppm to ±100 ppm across an operating temperature range from -10°C to 70°C (14°F to 158°F). Stabilities of ±50 ppm and ±100 ppm are available across an extended temperature range from -40°C to 85°C (-40°F to 185°F). The components perform in consumer electronics, weather-proof enclosures, satellite and terrestrial radio, WiMax, 802.11 and Bluetooth wireless networks; wired and optical networks for voice, data and Internet; automotive and test equipment, remote sensing equipment and GPS applications.
