Fox Electronics offers HCMOS oscillators with 3.3 V operation and tighter stability options of 15 ppm (F537), 10 ppm (F539) and 8 ppm (F53S). The F53 series is suitable for applications where better stability and noise characteristics are needed such as in test and measurement equipment, communication equipment and data transfer. As compared to traditional oscillator stabilities from 100 to 20 ppm, this oscillator series offers tighter stabilities as well as a temperature range of -20°C to 70°C or optional temperature range of -40°C to 85°C (R Version). The HCMOS version offers an input current (IDD) of 7 mA and an output current (IOL) of 4 mA minimum. The RoHS-compliant series has a gold over nickel termination finish.
