AVX's MLC SMT chip capacitor comes with the Flexiterm® nickel barrier solder plate termination that exhibits compatibility with SMT reflow processes. The device offers a X7R dielectric rating from -55ºC to 125ºC with a capacitance value of up to 1.2 micofarads, 50 VDC TELCO rating and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 625 V. The capacitors comes in tape and reel packaging with EIA sizes ranging from 0805 to 2225 and a maximum thickness of 0.080".
