American Microwave's SP5T, PIN Diode Switch, Model No: MSN-5DT-05-STD with options 1422, 12X and LVT operates from 14.0 to 22.0 GHz with a minimum of 80 dB of isolation and a maximum of >= 5.0 dB of insertion loss. The switch accomplishes this while also having a maximum switching speed of 30 nS On/Off and a maximum Rise/Fall of 10 nS and a maximum in-band power leakage of – 65 dBm with a total harmonic distortion of >= 70 dB at +10 dBm I/P. This switch is 2.5 × 1.5 × 0.40" and each arm is independently controlled via TTL logic.
