Pulse Modulator
AMC Model No. SWM-DJV-1DT-2ATT is an ultra high speed pulse modulator with >= 2 nS rise and fall times with a >= 20 nS minimum pulse width @ 50% duty cycle. The modulator operates from 0.5 to 20.0 GHz and can handle RF input power up to +20 dBm with ± 10 mV maximum video transient. The isolation is 60 dB with >= 2.0 dB typical insertion loss and 4.5 dB maximum insertion loss @ 20 GHz. The unit measures 1.0 inches× 1.0 inches× 0.5 inches and operates with – 5 V DC @ 30 mA maximum.
