Log Amplifiers
American Microwave produces a line of detector log video amplifiers in both 40/45 dB and 70 dB models with a variety of available packages and capabilities. Model No. LVD-218-50 is a 40/45 dB miniature 2.0 to 18.0 GHz (other frequency bands available), DC-coupled detector log video amplifier. The VSWR is 3.0:1. The RF operating input power is +13 dBm. The rise time is 20 nS. The recovery time is 200 nS maximum. The size is 2.2 inches× 1.5 inches× 0.4 inches.
