Solid State Attenuator

The VVAN-2535-60SP-NS30 is a 2.5 - 3.5 GHz, 60 dB dynamic range high speed voltage variable solid state attenuator with 1.25 - 1.75 dB insertion loss. VSWR is 1.8:1. Attenuation flatness is ± 0.3 dB maximum. Attenuation accuracy is ± 3.0 dB maximum. Transfer function is 10 dB/Volt. Switching speed is 700 nS. The device has a DC power supply of ± 15 V DC.
