LNAs Reject Signals by 35 dB and Up
Spectrum Microwave's 310 Series SMT filtered GPS LNAs offer multiple gain stages from 26 to 38 dB with >35 dB of out-of-band rejection at 1575.42 MHz. The amplifiers exhibit a noise figure of 1.80 dB, operate from a supply voltage from 5 to 32 V, and consume 77 mA. The devices have a 4-pin design and perform in a temperature range from 0°C to 70°C. The products can come in connectorized hermetic packages for in-line booster applications or other harsh environments. Applications include avionics, satellite navigation, marine navigation and surveying and mapping systems.
