Hermetically Sealed RF Switches Feature High Isolation



Mini-Circuits unveils its rugged CSWA2-63DR+ ceramic RF/microwave SPDT switch that operates from 0.5 to 6 GHz in the absorptive mode (good output VSWR in OFF state). Measuring 4ࡪࡧ.2 mm, the device handles tight spaces, and it provides protection against high moisture environments. Features include high IP3 of +45 dBm, 23 ns typical rise/fall time, an operating temperature of -55° C to 125° C, low insertion loss of 1.2 dB, an integral CMOS driver, supply current of 18 mA, 4 mm square packaging and RoHS compliance. Uses are in tough RF/microwave switch requirements in commercial, industrial or military applications.
