Mini-Circuits introduces the model SXBP-178+ surface-mount band-pass filter rejecting unwanted signals around a 170 to 186-MHz pass-band. The compact filter features insertion loss of less than 3 dB at the 178 MHz center frequency and across the 16 MHz pass-band. Rejection is more than 90 dB at 1 MHz, more than 30 dB at 150 MHz, more than 50 dB at 240 MHz, and more than 60 dB at 2000 MHz. The filter exhibits better than 17 dB return loss across the full pass-band, with maximum pass-band VSWR of 1.50 to 1 and typical pass-band VSWR performance of 1.20 to 1. The group delay is extremely flat across the pass-band, with group-delay variation of typically less than ۭ ns.
