High Reliability Mixer

Mini-Circuits introduces TUF-R1SM+, a high reliability mixer. It features a time tested, diode quad in a hermitically sealed package and operates over 5 to 600 MHz with an LO power of 7 dBm. The device uses a rugged shielded metal case and wide operating temperature (-55 to 100°C), making it suitable for instruments/equipment required to operate in hostile environments. It has a low conversion loss of 5.9 dB and good L-R isolation of 45 to 66 dB typical over the entire band. It has a wide IF bandwidth of DC to 600 MHz, making it suitable for applications such as up/down converters, I&Q modulators/demodulators, phase detectors, etc. Suggested applications include VFH/UHF, military radio
