5 V tuning for PLL ICs with a frequency of 3000 to 3110 MHz, which features high power output and 9 dBm type and low phase noise. The device is RoHS compliant in accordance with EU directive. Applications include R&D, LAB, instrumentation and wireless communications. Operating temperature is 㫏°C to 85°C.
