Frequency Mixers
Mini-Circuits introduces MCA1, a series of broadband, low temperature cofired ceramic (LTCC) frequency mixers. With level 7, 10, and 13 (LO) models available for your 300 MHz to 6 GHz designs, these double balanced mixers have insertion loss down to 6 dB (typ), isolation up to 40 dB (typ), and are built with all circuitry hermetically embedded inside the ceramic to realize temperature stability, repeatability, and 0.07 inchesprofile. They're suitable for the government's COTS program and for commercial applications.
