RLC Electronics' series D-0640-2 is a 6.0 to 40 GHz two-way in phase power divider/combiner. It uses a multi-section "Wilkinson" type design with good electrical performance over the frequency range. This was accomplished by technology in design and precision etching of a single microstrip board. Specifications include 2.0:1 VSWR (Max.), 1.0 dB maximum insertion loss, 15 dB minimum isolation, ۪.5 amplitude balance, and ± 15° phase balance. Power is 10 W average, frequency is 6 to 40 GHz, and impedance is 50Ω.
