MLCCs Demonstrate Low Capacitance



Epcos' E-series multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) show capacitance values from 1 to 10 nF. Based on the X7R material, the components exhibit protection from EMI up to 300 MHz. The units offer voltages from 50 to 100 V, sizes of 0602 and 0805, and typ. ESD levels of 18 (0603, 10 nF), 9 (0805, 1 nF) and 25 kV (0805, 10 nF) to AEC-Q200. The capacitors are compatible with existing designs based on standard multilayer capacitors.
