Power Sensors

Boonton announces the launch of two ultra fast peak power sensors, type 56006 and 58318. Type 56006 is worldwide and one of the faster sensors in its class. A rise time faster than 7ns, which is equivalent to a bandwidth of 50 MHz, ensures that any fast signal variation can be analyzed to the closest detail. Often high speed impacts the dynamic range of a sensor — not so with the 56006. This sensor covers 㫔 dBm to +20 dBm and offers a full dynamic range of 80 dB with no significant bandwidth degradation at low levels.
