Buck-Boost Regulators Support 2.5 MHz

The ADP2503 and ADP2504 step-up/step-down DC/DC regulators support switching frequencies at speeds up to 2.5 MHz in a toal PCB area of <13 mm² and height of <1 mm. The H-bridge buck-boost components use current-mode exhibit quiescent current of 38 µA in power-save mode, input voltages from 2.3 to 5.5 V and fixed output voltages from 2.8 to 5 V. The 10-lead 3 mm² LFCSP-packaged regulators perform in portable consumer, medical and industrial applications.
