Test and measurement applications that require a quick response time can utilize the device with its nominal settled ON resistance of 2.5Ω with less than a 0.15Ω change after only 15 µs. Other key performance specifications for this SPDT are its power handling with P1 dB of 28.5 dBm, typical insertion loss of 0.18 dB and isolation of 24 dB.
