Low-Noise Amplifier Modules



Narda Microwave-East introduces a line of low-noise amplifier modules that cover up to 18 GHz in bands, with low noise figures of 1.8 dB, high gain of 28 dB (± 2 dB or less) and P1 dB output power up to 20 dBm. Applications range from broadband test equipment to aerospace and defense systems, and they meet MIL-STD-883. The input and output VSWR of the NEL-0618T620-5MH and the NEL-0102N305-1MH low-noise broadband amplifiers are 2:1 or better. Hermetically sealed, they come in low-profile, nickel-plated aluminum housings which allow connectors to be removed for surface mounting. The amplifiers will accept a maximum RF input power of +17 dBm CW or +27 dBm pulse, and they operate over a temperature range of -54°C to +85°C.
