Lambda expands its NV family of environmentally-friendly AC/DC power supplies, adding a product series that can supply up to 960 W. The NV-700 series is suitable for use in high-density medical, industrial and test-and-measurement equipment. The NV-700 series is built on Lambda’s patented MRT (multiple resonant topology), which uses synchronous rectification to achieve the supply’s high efficiency and allow reduced power loss without compromising size for power. Units measure a very compact 1.6” × 4.92” × 10.8” — making them compatible with 1U enclosures — and accept all existing NV power modules, enhancing the series’ flexibility with up to eight outputs.
