The 3 x 3-mm 10-pin DFN-packaged product utilizes TruePower™ technology to achieve current accuracy of 0.20% and voltage accuracy of ±0.75%, The circuit demonstrates a bias supply voltage of 3.30 V and an operating temperature from -10°C to 150°C. The component monitors the output filter inductor current in buck or multiphase converters from 0.50 V to 1.80 V.
