AT4 has released test cases that will allow NFC manufacturers to debug and pretest their NFC implementations prior to the beginning of the Official Certification later this year.

After being selected to partner with the NFC Forum for the implementation of the NFC Forum Digital Protocol test cases in its RIDER NFC test solution, AT4 wireless has been working during the last months to achieve the important goal of having a first package of Digital Protocol test cases available for official validation.

With this new upgrade, AT4 wireless includes on its RIDER test solution other NFC features such as Peer to Peer and Card Emulation modes, protocol tag types adopted by the NFC Forum architecture and the NFC-F technology derived from the well-known Japanese FeliCa standard. These new features are added to the currently supported RF and Protocol testing capabilities for the ISO 14443 and ISO 18092 standards in just one box.

With this package of NFC Forum test cases available, and jointly with the R&D RF and Protocol testing capabilities, as well as the NFC device emulation capabilities, supported within the same box, AT4 wireless provides the best-in-class NFC test solution to help NFC manufacturers preparing their implementations for Certification and accelerate the time-to-market of NFC Forum compliant devices.
