Murata Power Solutions’ D1U4-W Series of AC/DC front end power supplies exhibit an efficiency of up to 90.9% with a power density of 17.9 W/in.³. The 335.6 × 101.6 × 41 mm (14” × 4” × 1.6”) 1U components deliver output power of 1,600 W at 220 V AC or 1,200 W at 110 V AC and main output voltages of 12 V. The RoHS-compliant supplies provide standby outputs of 3.3 or 5 V that give up to 20 W of standby power supporting system housekeeping and monitoring requirements, integrated OR-ing FETs supporting N+1 operation, and an operating temperature from 0ºC to 50ºC. The EMC Class A-rated devices offers auto-recovery from over-current and over-temperature faults, and front panel LEDs, logic signals and a I²C management interface to display status information. An optional 19” power shelf (S1U-4X) provides up to 4.8 kW of power with 4 units packaged together.
