Regulator Module Yields 80 A Output


Murata Power Solution’s VR110B080CA-1C single inline packaged (SIP) voltage regulator module (VRM) exhibits a maximum output current of 80 A with a 7-bit DAC-programmable output voltage range from 0.8375 to 1.6000 VDC. The Intel® VRM 11.0-compliant device offers an input voltage of 12 VDC with 88% efficiency. It features power good output, differential remote senses, remote enable, dynamic VID capability and a tri-state output. The VRM has output over-current, short circuit protection and an output current level signal.
