Innovative Power Products' Model IPP-4011 transforming 90º hybrid coupler combines two signals of up to 300 W CW total output power in GaN MMIC devices with 25 W input and output impedances. The 2.20Ω × 0.80Ω × 0.23Ω drop-in-style-packaged device offers two ports at 50 ? impedance and two ports at 25Ω impedance. The impedance transformation takes place inside the coupler, allowing it to be used in mixed impedance systems from 1,000 to 2,500 MHz. The 3 dB coupler exhibits insertion loss of <0.50 dB, phase balance of <±5º, VSWR of <1.30:1, amplitude balance of <±0.9 dB and isolation of >14 dB. The instrument comes with solder tab connections.
