Innovative Power Products, Inc. announces the availability of their Model IPP-2055: A miniature, high power, 3dB, 90°, 150 W hybrid coupler covering the 2.0 to 6.0 GHz frequency range. The Model IPP-2055 combines two signals of up to 150 W CW of total output power. The 3 dB hybrid is produced in a small, drop-in style package sized 1.300 3 0.250 3 0.130, with solder tab connections. Insertion loss is less than 0.45 dB, phase balance is less than ± 5°, VSWR is less than 1.3:1, amplitude balance is less than – 1.0 dB, and there is greater than 19 dB of isolation.
