Multi-Use TCXO Designed for GPS Applications
Raltron Electronics Corporation releases its Series RTXY-104 TCXO crystal oscillators that are designed specifically for GPS applications. The electrical specifications and availability of typical frequencies such as 16.367667 Mhz, 16.368 Mhz and 16.369 Mhz are directly compatible with the requirements of the leading GPS IC systems that are currently available. The series is also suitable for other applications that include WLAN, mobile phone, PDA/Smart Phone and WiMax usages. The series comes in a compact package that measures 3.2ࡨ.5 mm, offering a frequency choice of between 12.8 MHz to 40.0 MHz at a frequency stability of ± 0.5 PPM over its temperature range of –30° C to +85° C. Input current is at 2.7 V at 1.5 mA with a typical low phase noise ratio of –130 dBc/Hz at 1 Khz offset.
