Ferro Electronic Material Systems introduces LTCC resistors that combine low temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) with tight tolerances and eliminate the need for discrete resistor components. The 82-series post-fired thick film resistor pastes for A6M/Gold LTCC were developed for high frequency transmitter/receiver modules used in military and other applications. The resistor pastes offer good performance to meet requirements in high resolution/high performance microwave circuits. As-fired resistivity tolerances are ± 10%. Resistor values range from 10Ω/square to 100 KΩ/square, with TCR of 200 ppm/° C for 10Ω/square ink and TCR of <± 100 ppm/° C for 100Ω/square to 100 kΩ/square inks.
