Wound Delay Lines

Link Microtek has added a selection of wound delay lines to the range of products designed and manufactured by the company’s engineering division. Covering applications over a broad frequency range of 30 kHz to 2 GHz, the delay lines are manufactured from semi-rigid cable and have a tinned copper outer, a copper-silver plated steel inner and a PTFE dielectric. They are available in connectorized form or with ends prepared for PCB mounting. Featuring a 50 ohm impedance, the delay lines offer typical specifications of 11.64 +/– 0.02ns for a length of 2427mm and 1.5 +/– 0.01ns for a length of 305mm. The delay lines are suitable for a wide variety of applications in areas such as test and measurement, mobile-phone base stations and radar systems.
