MMD Components introduces a line of oven-controlled crystal oscillators in its MOF Series. Suited for a variety of instrumentation and industrial applications, the new devices have stabilities of ۪.1ppm over an operating temperature range of 㪬°C to +70°C. Units come hermetically sealed in an industry-standard 14-pin DIP (dual inline package) configuration, with a gull-wing surface-mount option also available. Customers can specify 5 V or 12 V operation; at 12 Vdc, maximum current consumption is 300 mA at start-up and under 200 mA in steady-state operation. Frequency range is 1MHz to 80MHz.
