VCO operates from 100 MHz to 200 MHz
Crystek’s CVCO55CW-0100-0200 VCO operates from 100 to 200 MHz with a control voltage range of 0 to 5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of 𤩜 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and has good linearity. The model CVCO55CW-0100-0200 is packaged in the standard 0.5 in. 3 0.5 in SMD package. Input voltage is 5.0 V, with a max current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 2.0 MHz and 2.0 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -10 dBc typical. The CVCO55CW-0100-0200 is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
