Wide Range VCO
Crystek Corporation offers its CVCO55CW-1600 to 3200 VCO that operates from
1600 MHz to 3200 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 20 V. It features a typical phase noise of 㫵 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, and it has optimal linearity. The VCO is packaged in the industry standard 0.5030.50 SMD package. Input voltage is 5.0 V, with a maximum current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 8.00 MHz and 4.00 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is 㪧 dBc typical. Applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
