TT electronics IRC Advanced Film Division offers a comprehensive range of high temperature resistive products, including the PFC-HT series chip resistor, PFC-HT Divider Series voltage divider, 1900 Series DIP resistor network and 4700 Series SIP resistor network. The devices are constructed using IRC’s patented TaNFilm® self passivating resistive technology. Additional applications for the high temperature products include satellites, down-hole instrumentation and oil and gas well-logging equipment. The PFC-HT Series chip resistors are available in 0603, 0805 and 1206 chip sizes and feature a resistance range from 10Ω to 85KΩ, with tolerances to ۫% and absolute TCRs down to 䔽ppm/°C. Voltage and power ratings are 33.3 V/62.5mW, 50 V/100mW and 100 V/125mW, respectively, with an operating temperature range of 㫏°C to +200°C.
