EMI Filter Series

Lambda introduces two EMI filter series that comply with the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directive. The MC12 and MZ12 families of filters are designed for use in a number of industrial applications ranging from process control to medical equipment. The MC12 filters provide good low-frequency noise attenuation, and the MZ12 filters reduce input pulses. Both series accept a single-phase voltage of up to 250 VAC and are available in 6, 10, 16, 20, and 30 amp ratings. The filters can also be specified with the standard 1 milliamp or 10 microamp leakage current option for use in medical, gaming or other ground-current-sensitive applications. In addition to the popular DIN rail mounting, the MC12 and MZ12 EMI filters are available in a chassis-mount configuration.
