Cavity Transmit Filter

K&L Microwave announces the availability of the WSF-00178 DCS cavity transmit filter, offering a medium level of rejection Macro, Micro & Repeater DCS1800 Communication systems. The WSF-00178 offers low insertion loss of 1.50 dB maximum (< 1.0 dB typical) over passband of 1805 MHz to 1880 MHz. The WSF-00178 provides rejection of 60 dB minimum DC to 1785 MHz and 50 dB minimum 1975 MHz to 2700 MHz. Passband return loss is specified at 14 dB minimum, while passband power handling is rated at 20 watts CW and 100 watts peak instantaneous. Dimensions of the transmit filter are small given the high level of performance at 5.45 inchesD × 2.67 inchesW × 1.67 inchesH, excluding SMA-F connectors. Operating temperature range is specified as 0° C to +50° C, with storage temperature range of – 40° C to +85° C. Finish is shadow black paint.
