Ansoft has increased the speed of SIMPLORER v7 by up to 50 percent by implementing an advanced step algorithm in Service Pack 2. The parameters for this algorithm can be set in the sheet properties on the page for transient simulation parameters. Other enhancements include: improvements to the VHDL-AMS modeling and model export capability; enhanced C-model wizard; new optimization routines; and improved schematic-capture program.
