Anritsu introduces the Broadband Site Master S810D/S820D cable and antenna analyzers that provide wide frequency bandwidth, allowing for the detection of faults in cables and antennas used in wireless backhaul and defense applications. The models, which cover 25 MHz to 20 GHz (S820D), provide increased frequency coverage, performance and functionality in a portable instrument. By leveraging the Site Master handheld design, the S810D/S820D respond to the advanced needs for field test of point-to-point radios in private/public wireless networks, as well as for the servicing of aircraft and shipboard cable runs.The S810D/S820D offer techniques for detecting faults in cables and antennas, compared to Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) approaches.
