The DFE S4-LH series of temperature compensated crystal oscillators from Fordahl for SDH/SONET telecommunications systems. The 25 × 22 × 11 mm SMD package offers full Stratum 3 holdover mode compliance (± 0.37 ppm/24 hours) over 㫀°C to 85°C. It also features ۮ.6 ppm/15 years overall stability. Standard frequencies include 1.544, 12.80, and 19.44 MHz and 20.00 MHz, although others can be specified up to 40 MHz. The device is available at 3.3 V.
