NDK America, Inc. announces its NT3225SA series SMT VCTCXO (Voltage Controlled Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator) that measures 3.2 × 2.5 mm with a height of 0.9 mm maximum. They are available in a frequency range of 19.2 to 40 MHz, and they exhibit frequency stability from -10°C to 70°C at a continuous voltage of 1.5 V DC. The frequency slope is ±0.050ppm/°C max. from -10°C to 55°C and ±0.100ppm/°C max. from 55°C to 70°C. They have a very low SSB phase noise of -58 dBc/Hz typical at 1 Hz offset. They operate on a supply voltage of 3.3 V DC while consuming 2 mA max. Their output voltage is 0.9 V (p-p) non-clipped sine wave (DC coupling) with a load of 10 k?/1-pF.
