VCTCXOs Exhibit ±1.500 ppm Frequency Stability

NDK’s NT3225SA Series SMT voltage-controlled temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (VCTCXOs) display a max. frequency stability of ±1.500 ppm in a temperature range from -10ºC to 70ºC at a continuous voltage of 1.500 V DC from 19.200 to 40 MHz. The 3.200 × 2.500 × 0.900 mm (max.) components offer a frequency slope of ±0.050 ppm/ºC max. from -10ºC to 55ºC and ±0.100 ppm/ºC max. from 55ºC to 70ºC. The units have a max. frequency drift rate of ±0.005 ppm/sec. from -10ºC to 70ºC at 2ºC/min. temperature slew rate and max. long term stability of ±0.100 ppm at 25ºC, after 6 hours based on steady frequency. They operate on a supply voltage of 3.300 V DC while consuming 2 mA max with an output voltage is 0.900 V (p-p) non clipped sine wave (DC coupling) with a load of 10 kΩ/1 pF, and typical SSB phase noise of -58 dBc/Hz at an offset of 1 Hz.
