Micro-Miniature TCXOs

NDK has announced its NT2520S series, an SMD TCXO (Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator) measuring 2.5 × 2.0 mm with a height of 0.8 mm, and weighing 0.013 g. It is available in standard frequencies of 13, 19.2 and 26 MHz. It operates on a 2.8 V DC supply voltage while drawing 1.5 mA maximum. This TCXO exhibits frequency stability of ± 2.5 ppm maximum over the operating temperature range of – 30° C to +75° C. The AFC characteristics are ± 9 ppm to ± 15 ppm at 1.4 V ± 1 V. Aging characteristics are ± 1 ppm maximum per year. The device is in a lead-free package, and is RoHS compliant.
