WJ Communications introduces two new highly linear mixers, the MH103A and MH203A.
Both mixers are suitable for WCDMA, CDMA2000 and multi-carrier applications.
Among the benefits of the MH103A and MH203A are high IP3, up to +34 dBm and
a low conversion loss. These passive GaAs MESFET mixers provide high dynamic
range performance in an SOIC-8 package.

Absolute Maximum Rating
Operating case temperature for the devices is 40° C to +85° C and storage temperature is 65° C to +100° C. LO Power is +20 dBm and input IF/RF power is +20 dBm.
These devices use patented techniques to realize +34 dBm Input IP3 at an LO drive level of +17 dBm when used in transceiver applications as an upconverter or a downconverter. This single monolithic integrated circuit series does not require any external baluns or bias elements. Typical applications include frequency up/down conversion, modulation and demodulation for receivers and transmitters used in 3G UMTS systems.
